MockAlpha offers refunds in the following circumstances:
Refunds are not available once a test has been started, once results have been viewed, or where access was successfully granted and used.

Once your refund request is verified and approved:
In certain circumstances — such as when a series has been partially accessed — we may offer a partial refund or platform credit at our discretion. The amount will be communicated to you before processing.
All refund decisions are at MockAlpha's sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above, or in cases where account misuse or policy violations are detected.
