By registering for, accessing, or using the platform, websites, or services provided by MockAlpha (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the Service.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. If you are an Academy or Teacher, your license extends to creating and selling test series as permitted by the platform's features.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or content, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
All purchases made on the platform are subject to our Refund Policy. For Teachers and Academies selling mock tests on MockAlpha:
You are solely responsible for any content (questions, answers, mock tests, comments) you upload, post, or publish on the Service. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share such content. You agree not to upload content that:
The Service, including its layout, code, brand name, logo, design elements, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) remain the exclusive property of MockAlpha and its licensors.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MockAlpha makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the mock tests or performance reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MockAlpha, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
